COVID - Frequently Asked Questions ::
With the changes that are happening around the world, our first priority is to keep all Teasers safe while they are in our space.
Cleaning procedures have been adjusted to keep our Teasers safe in the space. WE have always prided ourselves on the cleanliness of our space. Currently there is an additional 15 minutes between classes so that the studio can be sanatized between classes.
Sharing of Equiptment
During this time we are limiting class sizes so that there is no sharing of equiptment. Each client will have their own
apparatus in their socially distanced bubble. Please make sure to bring your own mat as we are not able to rent them out
or provide them to clietns during this time.
Drop in and class registration
Before coming into the studio for classes make sure to reserve your space through MindBody for all classes and workshops. At this time we are not able to guarentee space availability by dropping into the studio without prior registration. Once registered for your class you will recieve a confirmation email and payment reciept.
Cancelation & No show policies
All studio policies apply; including late cancellation charges. PLease note that all in studio classes will be charged a $20 late cancellation fee versus the $7 in-studio fee due to limited capacity. For full details on all studio policies, click here.
When signing up for classes, it is important to acknowledge that while we are here to guide you, we cannot provide any hands-on adjustments, guidance, or assists that we would typically offer in a traditional, in-person class setting. Our instructors are relying on you to communicate and ask for modifications. Please also keep in mind that no one knows your body better than you do. With that being said, if you do not feel comfortable completing a move, then we will support your limits! This is still your class time and we respect how you choose to use it. Our goal is to reopen the studio as soon as we are able to.
